At HRMN Fresh, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality food directly to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled differently than non-food businesses. Please review our return policy below.


1. Perishable Items

Most items sold on HRMN Fresh are fresh and perishable and therefore not eligible for return once delivered. This includes:

  • Fruits and vegetables

  • Prepared meals

  • Dairy and bakery items

  • Frozen or chilled goods

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food that has been opened, consumed, or left unrefrigerated after delivery.


2. Eligible Return Situations

We may allow a return or replacement under these specific circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival

  • There were missing items in your order

  • Packaging was tampered with or unsealed

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for support.


3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Our team will review your request and may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund based on the situation.


4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or provide replacements in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after delivery

  • You provided an incorrect delivery address

  • The issue was reported more than 2 hours after delivery

  • The product was consumed or not stored properly

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless faulty)


5. Return Logistics

For approved returns (e.g. packaged goods or non-perishable items), HRMN Fresh may arrange a pickup or request you to drop the item at a nearby hub or partner location, if applicable. Instructions will be provided during the return process.


6. Policy Updates

This Return Policy may be updated occasionally. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
