At HRMN Fresh, we understand that plans can change. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, cancellations must follow the guidelines below due to the perishable nature of our products and the speed of our order fulfillment process.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed through our website or app. After this short window, the order is sent for preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order enters the preparation or delivery stage, it cannot be cancelled. This is because food items are freshly prepared and dispatched quickly to maintain quality.
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
Item(s) are unavailable or out of stock
Delivery location is outside our serviceable area
Technical errors or incorrect pricing
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your cancellation request is made within the allowed time, and the order has not entered preparation:
A full refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
If the cancellation is not eligible, no refund will be issued.
For pre-orders or scheduled deliveries, cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
